About Us
Toni’s Place was born from love, struggle, and the unwavering strength of a family determined to care deeply.
Our story began with Toni, a devoted mother who spent her life caring for her son living with schizophrenia. Though the journey was challenging—full of late nights, hard decisions, and emotional sacrifice—Toni never gave up on her son. She made sure he felt safe, understood, and loved, even when the world outside often didn’t.
After Toni’s passing, her daughter felt the weight of continuing that care—but also the calling to do more. She realized that the compassion her mother showed didn’t have to end with just one person. She envisioned a place where others like her brother could receive the same kind of nurturing care, and where families wouldn’t feel alone in their journey.
Toni’s Place is the result of that vision—a warm, structured, and supportive home for adults living with mental illness. Built on the values of family, dignity, and compassion, we’re here to provide more than care—we’re here to create community.
Because everyone deserves a place where they’re looked after, believed in, and loved—just like Toni did for her son.
